What is OpsJotter?

Who can use OpsJotter?
OpsJotter is intended for Australian businesses of all sizes—from sole traders to larger operations. A valid business email and ABN are required to subscribe.
Who owns the data I enter?
Subscribers retain full ownership of all data entered into OpsJotter. Only authorised users within your account can access your records.
What are Service Providers?
Service Providers are external couriers or transport providers that your employees use to move goods or personnel. You can manage multiple service providers and select the services that suit your business needs.
How are users managed?
Each subscription has an administrator who authorises new users. Authorised users access OpsJotter via their personalised logins. Neither OpsBase Systems nor related parties can create or modify user access on your behalf.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The free trial allows an administrator plus up to four users to explore OpsJotter’s features before subscribing. Trial accounts approximate the basic subscription feature set.
Can I add more users or locations?
Yes. Paid subscriptions allow additional users and multiple sites, depending on your business structure. User numbers can vary based on employee roles, including remote or mobile staff.
